4. Content of Processing, Processing Purpose and Legal Basis

FIEGE processes your personal data within the scope of your contact. We would like to inform you below about the purposes for which we process your data and the legal basis on which we process your data.

a. Your data when contacting us

FIEGE collects all personal information that you provide FIEGE within the scope of this contact. As a rule, this is the following information:

First and last name, Company, Email address, Telephone number (optional) and Position (optional)

The legal basis for the processing of this data results from Article 6, paragraph 1 of the GDPR.

b. Storage in our database

Your personal information is stored in our database.

c. Processing

When communicating with us via the contact form, the data you provide will be stored by us, e.g. to answer your questions or to comply with the communication required for our business purposes. 

When processing the data that is generated in the course of communication, we have a legitimate interest in processing the data in accordance with the legal requirements, for internal review or in accordance with the respective communication purpose.

5. Recipient of the information

Your personal information will only be processed by our staff in the Marketing Department and in the respective Department.

We also use service providers within the framework of our organisation. As part of their respective tasks, your data will be made available (partially) to these service providers so that they can provide the service owed to us. These service providers are obliged to process your data only in accordance with our instructions in the context of a data processing agreement in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

6. Duration of Data Storage

We initially store your personal data for the period until FIEGE contacts you. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer required, unless statutory retention requirements exist or the limitation periods must be observed.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the legal requirements, you have the following rights as a data subject, which you can assert against us:

a. Right to information

You are entitled at any time, within the framework of Article 15, GDPR, to request confirmation from us as to whether we are processing personal data relating to you. If this is the case, you are also entitled under Article 15 GDPR to receive information about this personal data.

b. Right to correction

According to Article 16, GDPR, you are entitled to request that we correct the information stored about you, if it is inappropriate or incorrect.

c. Right to cancellation

Under the conditions set out in Article 17, GDPR, you are entitled to request that we delete your personal data immediately.

d. Right to restriction

Under the conditions set out in Article 18, GDPR, you are entitled to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.

e. Right to object

Under the conditions set out in Article 21, GDPR, you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data from us.

f. Revocation of consent

You have the right to revoke your consent given to us with future effect at any time.
