The FIEGE Group expands its Executive Board. Kenza Ait Si Abbou, an AI and data expert, will be overseeing the Digital Services, IT and Data Driven Company units at the Greven-based logistics company.

AI and data knowledge for the FIEGE Group: Kenza Ait Si Abbou will be joining the Executive Board of the Greven-based logistics company on 1 September. Following her last position as Director Client Engineering with IBM, the mother of two will assume her new role with FIEGE and take charge of the Digital Services business unit as well as the IT unit and the focal topic of Data Driven Company. Kenza Ait Si Abbou – alongside Peter Scherbel, Alfred Messink, Martin Rademaker and the two Co-CEOs, Jens Fiege and Felix Fiege – will be board member number six at the family business which is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year.

Kenza Ait Si Abbou was raised in Morocco and studied electrical engineering in Spain and Germany. She then worked for over ten years at Deutsche Telekom, amongst others as a Senior Manager for Robotics & AI. Kenza Ait Si Abbou speaks several languages and has already received many awards. In 2020, the business magazine Capital included her in their Top 40 under 40 list. Handelsblatt named her a “thought leader in transformation” in 2021. A Spiegel bestselling author, she has published three books on Artificial Intelligence to date.
