Once again, the FIEGE family business has awarded its Environmental Prize to elementary schools based in Münster and Greven. The prize, which the company’s very foundation, the Josef Fiege Stiftung, called to life in 2022, honours pupils who campaign for sustainability and environmental protection together with their teachers.
The logistics company FIEGE, together with its customers, Dräger and Merz Lifecare, have planted a tiny forest. Around 40 employees from the three companies have planted a 600-square-metres-large green strip composed of native trees and shrubs, at the FIEGE branch in Zülpich.

FIEGE tec, a subsidiary of the FIEGE Group, completed a comprehensive end-of-assembly commission for its business and trading partner, IVECO BUS. 130 brand-new CROSSWAY LE intercity buses were retrofitted with an on-board sanitation system for passengers at the Greven-based workshop that caters to trucks and buses.

The Dutch non-food discounter Action has opened the first distribution centre of its own in Italy. Located in Novara, the 57,000 square metre logistics centre will be operated by FIEGE to supply Action's more than 200 stores in Italy.
