FIEGE Logistics Center Münster
FIEGE is developing a state-of-the-art new-build facility in the Münster-Hessenweg industrial park. The project is being realized in close coordination with a potential customer from the pharmaceutical sector. The planned logistics facility will comprise approximately 9,800 m² of ground-floor warehouse space, complemented by 1,000 m² of mezzanine space and 430 m² of office space.
Why did we choose Münster?
The location offers several key advantages: An established and fully operational site in the immediate vicinity already provides a robust proof of concept. Excellent motorway connections enable fast and efficient logistics operations. In addition, the site’s proximity to urban manufacturing facilities helps keep transport distances short and processes closely integrated. This is complemented by a strong regional talent pool, ensuring a reliable workforce base.

Innovative space concept for modern requirements
The property is planned as a modern single-user logistics centre, offering maximum flexibility for individual process workflows. Depending on the future customer’s requirements, tailor-made tenant fit-outs—such as dedicated areas for sample taking—can be integrated. This allows the building to be optimally adapted to specific operational needs, particularly those of sensitive sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry.
