At the modern logistics site in Vienna, we rely on a fully fossil-free energy supply combined with a holistic sustainability concept. The property is heated and cooled in a climate-neutral way, meets the highest energy efficiency standards, and features future-proof technical equipment.
The objective: an operation that conserves resources, reduces emissions, and at the same time meets the highest functional requirements.

The logistics center in Borna combines modern architecture with a fully fossil-free energy supply and meets the highest ecological standards. Developed to the EG 40 standard, the property relies on intelligent, resource-efficient technologies to ensure energy-efficient and climate-friendly operations.
The goal: a future-ready location that seamlessly combines ecological quality, technical performance, and economic efficiency.
