FIEGE Parcel bundles a broad carrier portfolio: in Germany DHL/Deutsche Post, Hermes, DPD, GLS and UPS, among others, and in the European destination countries local delivery partners such as Austrian Post, PostNL, bpost, Poste Italiane, Correos or Packeta. We connect further carriers on request. Our team advises you on the optimal carrier set-up.
Can I bring my existing carrier contract?
Yes. You can transfer existing contracts with carriers into the FIEGE Parcel set-up. We take care of the operational management of your carrier, you focus on your brand.
Who communicates with the carriers?
We do. FIEGE handles all communication with the connected carriers, from operational coordination and disruptions to escalation. You have one point of contact for all carriers and countries.
What happens if a parcel is lost or damaged?

Direct transport means: consolidated parcel volumes travel directly to the destination country and are injected straight into the local carrier’s network there, with no detours via the central sorting hubs of international carriers. That shortens routes, makes transit times more predictable and connects you with the carrier your customers prefer in the destination country.
From what volume is FIEGE Parcel worthwhile?
That depends on your destination countries, volumes and location, there is no fixed minimum. Depending on the location, FIEGE Parcel pays off even at lower volumes, because we bundle your shipments in the parcel hub with those of other shippers. So you benefit from local carriers and consolidated conditions even with smaller quantities.
