"Unity makes us strong": Career fair for family businesses at FIEGE
On 14 November 2025, the "35th Karrieretag Familienunternehmen" will take place at FIEGE in Münster. In addition to FIEGE, more than 50 other leading family businesses from Germany will be presenting themselves at the career fair to talk to skilled workers as well as young talents.
On 14 November 2025, Greven-based logistics service provider FIEGE will host the "Karrieretag Familienunternehmen", a career fair for family businesses, at the new X-Dock in Münster's harbour. Under the motto "Unity makes us strong", the event offers qualified specialists and young professionals the opportunity to expand their networks and learn about the diverse career opportunities at German family businesses such as HARIBO, B. Braun, Rossmann and GOLDBECK. The focus will also be on networking between member companies, interdisciplinary networking and professional exchange between HR managers.
Host FIEGE will also introduce itself to the participants. Jens Fiege, who runs the more than 150-year-old family business together with his cousin Felix Fiege as Co-CEOs, emphasises: "In our family business, which we have been running since 2014 in the fifth generation, 22,000 colleagues from 120 nations work together. And if there is one thing we have learned from our predecessors in a very special way, it is this: to be and to remain successful, we must have the courage to constantly reinvent ourselves as a company." Felix Fiege adds: "It is just as important that we never lose sight of what has always made us strong: family cohesion and the extraordinary team spirit among the people who deliver the best possible service to our customers every day. This commitment on the part of our colleagues cannot be taken for granted. And we are very grateful for it because without it, we would not be the company we are today."
The "Karrieretag Familienunternehmen" is taking place for the 35th time and each time at different venues. The event is the result of a joint initiative launched in 2006 by leading family businesses, including founding member FIEGE, the Entrepreneurs Club and the "Stiftung Familienunternehmen" Foundation.
