FIEGE Christmas express rolls through the Münsterland region once again
Once again this year, the FIEGE Christmas express will visit six special people in and around Münster during the Advent season and deliver pre-Christmas gifts. The application phase for the sixth instalment starts today.
The FIEGE Christmas express is rolling through the Münsterland region again this winter. On board are four Preußen players, who are setting off in teams of two to surprise six people in and around Münster who have had a difficult year or who have shown particular commitment to their fellow human beings. This year’s Christmas elves are Jorrit Hendrix, Johannes Schenk, Antonio Tikvic and Niko Koulis – and their mission is: "Because you deserve it!"
"Being able to bring a little joy to people who could really use some cheering up during the festive season is a highlight every year for the team and for us as a club. I am delighted that the campaign has become so well established over the past few years and that we are now able to organise it for the sixth time together with our main sponsor, FIEGE. The Christmas express is a wonderful example of how we, together with FIEGE and our partners, are making a big difference beyond the football pitch," says Philipp Deipenbrock, Managing Director Sales and Marketing at Preußen Münster.

The fans themselves decide on which front doors the FIEGE Christmas express will arrive in December. The application phase starts today. Nominations can be submitted via the campaign’s website until 4 December 2025 (11:59 p.m.). A jury consisting of Philipp Deipenbrock and Ole Kittner, Managing Director Sport at Preußen Münster, as well as Martin Rademaker, member of the board of the FIEGE Group, and Sarah Schimmelpfennig, Executive Director Marketing & Communications at FIEGE, will select six winners from among all the entries. The winners will receive a home jersey from the second division football club and a shopping voucher worth €800 – delivered personally by the Preußen Münster players.
