FIEGE Lean Experts Programme
The goal is to build the technical, methodological and social skillset that future Lean Experts will need. The target group features dynamic team players willing to transform and wishing to sustain and support our organisation in implementing Lean Management activities.
The Leadership@FIEGE programme addresses all facets of modern leadership. The goal is to anchor a common understanding of what leadership means inside the entire Fiege Group in order to further enhance leadership qualities in our company. At the same time this also serves the personal advancement and interconnectedness of our managers, across national borders.

Following in the footsteps of C.I.R.C.L.E, we have created a far-reaching agenda of seminars for our employees, encompassing in-house seminars and open seminar programmes such as “Management in the Warehouse”, “Project Management” or “Demeanour and Body Language”. It forms the foundation for many CPD plans of our employees.
