TikTok Shop offers Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) in Germany, offering streamlined logistics for TikTok Shop sellers. FBT empowers merchants with faster, hassle-free fulfillment, giving them the tools to scale with confidence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

With FBT, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns are centrally managed in one solution. It is designed to help free merchants from time-consuming logistics via a simple, fast and affordable solution, so they can focus on important aspects of their business such as marketing, content creation and product development, while customers benefit from fast and reliable delivery.

The system is designed to simplify logistics: after goods are shipped to the FBT warehouse, TikTok handles all subsequent steps. As a strategic partner, FIEGE supports TikTok with modern logistics solutions and ensures professional fulfillment services including fast, nationwide delivery, and next-day shipping across Germany.   Sign up for FBT for free with just a few clicks here.
• Step 2: Create Goods
  Choose the products you'd like to fulfill with FBT and create Goods IDs for them in the FBT portal.
• Step 3: Set Up Order Returns Handling Methods (optional)
  Set up the return handling process for your goods so we can manage returned customer orders on your behalf.
• Step 4: Create Inbound Shipment
  Prepare your shipment (labeling, barcoding, packing, etc.) and create an inbound order (IBR) before sending stock to FBT warehouse.
• Step 5: Manage Inventory
  In the FBT portal you will find tools to monitor your inventory.
