Our account management is responsible for the successful support of our internationally operating eCommerce customers.

You will be individually supported by a key account manager in addition to an eCom operations team, which monitors the daily processes and supports you in your day-to-day business.

The focus of our key account management is on the strategic development of your eCommerce business. We develop successful omnichannel strategies together and implement them in your business. As a partner at eye level, we are the experienced sparring partner for you.
