The purpose of the foundation is to work out appropriate recommendations, especially, but not only, for companies of the Fiege Group regarding the sustained use of donations for ecological, social and medical issues.
The foundation ascertains the need for funds and verifies the requests for donations submitted to it, and extends recommendations to individuals and companies willing to make a donation. A further cause of the foundation is to organise events of an ecological or social orientation.
Projects and facilities with a clear reference to the home region of the founders were and will be supported by the foundation to a preferred degree. In future, the board of trustees and the executive committee are planning to initiate studies beyond its current commitment with a focus on ecological and social contents. |
